This transformation was one like no other. This literally rose from the ashes as its predecessor burnt down in an unfortunate event. Client and designer came together to bring new life to a space where it would be hard to see it again. The narrow lot and zoning by-laws lent to a new design with high ceilings and use of large windows for natural daylight to pour into the house. 

 

Detailing around every corner, from baseboard trim to waffle ceilings there was no stone unturned. The client was very particular on creating a space that they could entertain, have the kids run wild and find moments of relaxation.
